Privacy policy

Play without a game account. Your progress stays on your device. Advertising and Apple purchases use third-party services as explained below.

Information stored on your device

Frame Match stores levels, stars, hearts and recovery times, preferences, reminder settings, purchase-entitlement information and identifiers used to prevent duplicate ad rewards locally. We do not operate game accounts, a cloud-save server, a separate game analytics service or a push-message server. Device backups may contain game data according to your Apple settings. Manual progress backups are plain text files you choose to export or import.

Advertising and privacy choices

The iOS game uses Google AdMob for banner ads, automatic interstitial ads between rounds, and optional rewarded ads that refill hearts up to 100. Google's consent platform controls when ad requests are permitted. Where required, you can reopen the available privacy choices in the game's Settings.

This version disables personalized advertising and publisher first-party IDs and does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. Google may collect or process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, app and ad interactions, crash reports and performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement, service improvement and fraud prevention. Information may be processed outside your country.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. Frame Match reads verified StoreKit transactions to deliver and restore the permanent Remove Ads purchase; we do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Remove Ads stops banner and automatic interstitial ad requests while the entitlement is active. Optional rewarded ads remain available only when you choose them. Purchasing Remove Ads does not erase information already held by advertising providers. Apple's purchases, refunds and records follow Apple's privacy policy.

Optional notifications and sharing

Daily reminders are scheduled locally after you enable them and grant iOS notification permission. No device token or reminder schedule is uploaded to a game server. Disable reminders inside the game or in iOS Settings.

Sharing creates an image of your stopped game frame, level and score on your device. The system passes it and its caption to another service only after you choose a destination. Frame Match does not use social sign-in or request access to your contacts or photo library. The receiving service applies its own privacy policy.

Your controls and retention

Reset Progress deletes saved stars and unlocked levels but keeps preferences and purchases. Deleting the app removes its local data and reminders from that installation; Apple-managed backups and purchase history follow your Apple settings and Apple's policies. Purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account. If you play the web version, your browser's site-data controls clear local progress and media caches.

Frame Match does not request your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location to play. Google and Apple retain their service data under their own policies, and we cannot directly erase their records.

This website and support correspondence

These support pages are hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare serving the pages. Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, needed to deliver and protect the site. The pages do not add advertising, analytics scripts, cookies or contact forms. See OpenAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email us, we use the address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide to respond and resolve your request. Contact us to request deletion of that correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
